What are we going to use your data for?

Generally speaking, your personal data will be used so we can relate to you and provide you with our services.

With this in mind, our organisation has approved a Data Protection Policy and annual checks and audits are carried out to make sure that your personal data are secure at all times.

 

Will we send your data to other countries?

There are some countries in the world where it is safe to send your data but others less so. For example, the European Union is a secure environment for your data. Our policy is not to send your personal information to any country which is not secure in terms of the protection of your data.

In the event that, in order to provide you with the service, it is vital to send your data to a country which is not as secure as Spain, we will always ask you for your permission first and

How long will we keep your data for?

We will keep your data for the duration of our relationship and for as long as the laws so require. Once the applicable legal timeframes have elapsed, we will duly eliminate your data in a manner which is secure and environmentally friendly.

At any time you may ask us what information we have about you, correcting it if it is incorrect and deleting it once our relationship is over in the event that this is legally possible.

You may withdraw your consent if you change your mind about the use of your data at any

For example, if at one time you were interested in receiving advertising about our products or services, but you no longer wish to receive any more advertising, you can inform us by completing the processing notice of opposition form available at our offices.

Making a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency is free and you don’t need the assistance of a lawyer or representative.

 

Will we create profiles about you?

Our policy is not to create profiles about the users of our services.

Nevertheless, there may be situations in which, in order to provide the service, for commercial or other reasons, we may need to create information profiles about you. An example could be the use of your shopping or services history in order to be able to offer you products or services adapted to your likes or needs.

Should this be the case, we will always keep you informed in advance and we will apply effective security measures to protect your information at all times from any unauthorised people who wish to use it to their own benefit.
