PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This building is located on 89th Street, between 14th and 13th streets, in Bogotá DC. The project consists of two symmetrical towers. Tower #1 is a 9-story building, with three underground floors and a green roof. Tower #2 is also a 9-story building, with two underground floors and green roof. The buildings are structurally independent, but functionally together at the basement and ground floor levels. The foundation of the two towers is composed of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete plate system with pre-excavated piles.

The structural system consists of a reinforced concrete frame, which serves to withstand both vertical loads and horizontal forces due to earthquakes. Prefabricated hollow core slabs were designed for the floors.

The total construction area is 11,162 m2.
